Group Homes

 

Imagine! is currently operating three group homes, all of which are at full capacity. We will post here if/when we have opening for new residents.

 

It can be tough to find that balance between getting the help we need and having our independence at the same time. Imagine! Residential Services provide that exact balance. Imagine! supports residents in completing daily tasks AND in living a confident and independent life at home and in the community.

Our Group Homes are set up to address each individual need, all while offering social and personal opportunities, and encouraging personal growth in a meaningful way.
